Pioneers in therapeutic work with children and families, Eagle Ranch takes a Christ- centered, whole family approach to restoring and renewing relationships. From humble beginnings as a residential children’s program, Eagle Ranch’s services have expanded to include family assessments, a day school program, parenting resources and other offerings to help families heal brokenness and gain tools for long-term success. Established in 2022, The Wings Center at Eagle Ranch provides outpatient counseling, retreat experiences and nonprofit consulting. This facility, paired with the Ranch’s educational and outreach efforts, extends our reach to individuals, families, therapeutic professionals and nonprofit programs across the United States and abroad.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: GIRLS’ COUNSELOR The Girls’ Counselor provides clinical oversight and documentation for 12 to 18 female residents and their families. The Girls’ Counselor helps each assigned family as they move through the Residential Program: intake/admissions; individual, group and family counseling;

discharge; and aftercare. Throughout the process, the Girls’ Counselor is instrumental in crisis intervention, mediation, prevention and development. This counselor works with residents and their families with the hope of facilitating successful completion of our Residential Program by meeting graduation goals.
