Continuing Medical Education Statements This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Christian Medical & Dental Associations (CMDA) and the American Association of Christian Counselors. Christian Medical & Dental Associations is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. • Physician Credit The Christian Medical & Dental Associations designates this educational activity for a maximum of 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. • Physician Assistant AAPA accepts certificates of participa tion for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) TM by an organization accredited by the ACCME or a recognized state medical society. Physician assistants may receive up to 12 credits for completing this activity. • Nurse Practitioner The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program (AANPCP) accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit ™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME. Individuals are responsible for checking with the AANPCP for further guidelines. Nurse practitioners may receive up to 12 credits for completing this activity. • AAFP Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending. • Nursing This activity has been submitted to Georgia Nurses Association for approval to award contact hours. Georgia Nurs es Association is an accredited approver of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credential ing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Determination of credit is pending. • *Please view Welcome Letter that indicates which workshops have below CME/CEU approval “QR Code” • *Please view Welcome Letter that explains how to attain CME/ CEU certificates “QR Code” • Osteopathic Physicians The AOA accepts ACCME credit as 2a credit for Osteopathic Physicians. Please refer to the AOA for more information. Each workshop indicates what type of Continuing Education credit is given to an attendee. It remains the responsibility of each partici pant to be aware of state licensure requirements. Participants should check their state and/or local regulations regarding required CE, CME, or CEU hours. Participants understand and acknowledge that specific presentation/program content (e.g., trauma and abuse sub ject matter) may result in emotional, psychological, and/or spiritual distress related to past or current life experiences. As such, partici pants may elect to discontinue attendance and/or seek supportive or professional services and resources. The cost for CEs is $79 and CME/ CEUs is $149 to cover administrative and processing fees. CE/CME/ CEUs must be purchased before the conference or on-site before the end of the conference. After the conference, participants will not be able to purchase CE/CME/CEUs. To attain CE/CME/CEU letters/certificates, participants must have a Continuing Education Form that is stamped for each work shop attended. If there is no stamp for a workshop, the participant cannot receive CE/CME/CEU credit for that workshop. It is the participant’s responsibility to get their Continuing Education Form stamped by a CE Monitor after each workshop. If a participant leaves a workshop early for any reason, they will not be able to have their Continuing Education Form stamped. The

participant must turn in their Continuing Education Form before leaving the conference. The Continuing Education Form cannot be mailed to AACC after the conference. Once the Continuing Educa tion Form is checked for the appropriate stamps, the participant will be alerted to complete their evaluations. Letters and/or certificates will display the name of the attendee, program title, the number of CE hours awarded, the date of completion, and other information depending on board or state requirements. The stamped Continuing Education Form should be filled out completely. Those Continuing Education Forms that are not completely filled out will be delayed for processing. Please allow 4-6 weeks for standard processing (major conference events may take more than 6-8 weeks). Any requests for expedited letters or reprints may result in additional fees. Continuing Education Statement Evaluation Forms All conference attendees are requested to com plete a Conference Session Evaluation for each session attended. The evaluations are now online at www.NationalAACC.com. Those desiring Continuing Education Credits must complete the ses sion evaluation and have the CE monitor validate the Continuation Education Form with a stamp. Online Evaluation Form Instructions After you receive an email from AACC that evaluations are now open, follow these steps: 1. Scan the QR code on your badge 2. Enter the email address associated with your Brushfire account 3. Go to your email and find an email from Brushfire; click on “Access Your Events” 4. Click on “Mega National 2022” 5. Click on “Edit or Complete Info” 6. Click on the evaluation for the intensive or track you attended Help Desk Any problems with the hotel may be addressed at the Guest Services Desk located in the hotel lobby. Other conference issues may be directed to the AACC Help Desk in the Chantilly Foyer. Lost & Found Lost and found articles will be taken to Guest Services located in the hotel lobby. Smoking Smoking is not permitted during any of the sessions or events at the AACC conference.
