Psychologists, licensed mental health professionals, and ministry leaders will describe a 12-session mentaliza tion and relationship skills training program, blending faith based principles with evidence-based therapeutic approach es, such as CBT, EFT, Psychodynamic therapy, and Positive Psychology. This workshop explains emotional intelligence, affect regulation, and creates corrective emotional experi ences that strengthen relationships.
