After twenty years of groundbreaking re search, counseling, and consulting, the presenter found a common thread among high-capacity leaders: most have unresolved childhood trauma that eventually runs interfer ence if not addressed. This hidden trauma can create discon nects between a leader’s public and private life, impacting families, churches, and communities. Pastors and coaches will explore the 10 most common symptoms of this integrity gap, including narcissism, isolation, and compartmentaliza tion. Participants will integrate the latest findings in neu roscience, trauma research, leadership development, and spiritual formation. They will discuss the roadmap for lead ers to develop their inner lives as their influence expands.
