Summary This workshop is designed to enhance the professional com petencies of mental health providers interested in working in ternationally, specifically within faith-based and cross-cultural settings. Tailored to faith-based psychologists, licensed mental health professionals, and ministry leaders, the session aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and perspec tives to effectively address global mental health’s multifaceted challenges. These challenges include the need for cultural competence and sensitivity, ethical dilemmas, resource limita tions, and the integration of innovative approaches to mental healthcare delivery. The workshop emphasizes the importance of faith and spirituality in mental health, acknowledging their critical role in many global contexts and offering a unique per spective that Christian mental health professionals bring to this field. Participants will explore how local and global faith based organizations can effectively meet the mental health needs of diverse populations. The workshop will also focus on innovative strategies, such as task-sharing and digital mental health interventions, which help overcome resource con straints in resource-poor regions. Practical insights and oppor tunities for collaboration will be provided, equipping attend ees with actionable steps to contribute to global mental health efforts. The overarching goal is to inform, inspire, and prepare participants for impactful engagement in addressing mental health needs globally while fostering a greater understanding of the intersection between faith and mental healthcare. Learning Objectives 1. Describe the global mental health landscape, including key cultural considerations, the integration of faith in mental healthcare, and the ethical challenges that arise in diverse international contexts. 2. Evaluate a range of innovative strategies designed to ad dress global mental health needs, including task-sharing models, digital interventions, and community-based mental health initiatives. 3. Identify and engage with other professionals who share similar interests and experiences in global mental health, facilitating the exchange of potential resources, insights, and collaborative opportunities to strengthen mental health ef forts worldwide. 324. However, the integration of advanced tools can streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and optimize im pact through continuous personalized interactions and au tomated administrative tasks. While the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has raised concerns, it remains a potent and manageable resource. This workshop will ex plore digital innovations and practical strategies designed to support the growth of a private practice, enabling clinicians to extend their reach and positively influence more lives. Specifically, participants will discuss ethical considerations when utilizing AI, HIPPA compliance, and how to protect data and proprietary property. Furthermore, participants will explore possible cases of AI usage to improve practice workflow and serve clients with excellence. Learning Objectives 1.
