Saturday, September 16 | 4:30 PM Plenary 076 0.50 credit hours Continuing Education Accreditations applicable to this workshop: IBCC Siang-Yang Tan, Ph.D. Fuller Seminary Biography Siang-Yang Tan currently serves as senior professor of psy chology at Fuller’s School of Psychology & Marriage and Family Therapy, and previously was director of the Psy.D. (Doctor of Psychology) in Clinical Psychology program (from 1989 to 1997). He is a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from McGill University and is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association (APA). Dr. Tan has published articles on lay counseling and lay counselor train ing, intrapersonal integration and spirituality, religious psy chotherapy, cognitive behavior therapy, epilepsy, pain, and cross-cultural counseling with Asians and Hispanics. He also serves as the spiritual director of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

Biographies David Green is the founder and CEO of Hobby Lobby, the world’s largest arts and crafts retailer with over 1,000 stores and 45,000 employees. Starting with a $600 loan in his ga rage, David built a business rooted in biblical values and generosity. He is also chairman of Mardel and author of mul tiple books, including Giving It All Away…And Getting It All Back Again, and Leadership Not by the Book . David and his wife Barbara are active in church and ministry and enjoy a large, growing family. His newest book, The Legacy Life , co authored with Bill High, releases in October 2025. Bill High is a national speaker, author, and founder of Legacy Stone, a ministry helping families build multi-generational legacies of faith. Formerly a practicing attorney and founder of one of the nation’s largest Christian foundations, Bill now leads workshops and creates resources focused on family, legacy, and generosity. He is the co-author of Leadership Not by the Book with David Green and has a passion for help ing families live with mission and purpose.
