• Military and First Responder Coaching is a specialized training program for coaches who want to support service members, first responders, and their families. The course provides biblical insight and practical strategies to address the unique mental health challenges faced in military combat and first responder roles. • It includes two 12-hour courses (MFR 101, 201) of video instruction from clinicians, chaplains, and coaching experts, provides 24 CE credits, and fulfills the educational requirements for IBCC certification as a Military and First Responder Coach.

• Participants will gain the tools to offer competent care, recognize the impact of trauma and stress, and promote resilience and recovery within a coaching framework.
