Installation must be completed by 12:00 p.m. on September 10, 2026. Please make travel plans to arrive in plenty of time to have booth installed by this time.

EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT Saturday, September 12, 2026

4:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Exhibits must not be disturbed, dismantled or removed before 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2026. In order to guarantee the quality of the show for attendees and exhibitors alike, exhibits must remain in place until this time. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly. EXHIBIT SERVICE KITS Exhibitor Service Kits will be e-mailed approximately 60 days prior to the National Conference. The kit will contain all information regarding optional purchases like additional health and safety solutions, booth furniture, additional draping, accessories, floral arrangements, labor regulations, electrical and wifi information , audio visual equipment and payment terms. Each booth comes with all terms described under Exhibitor Information, so this kit will be for extra purchases.
