This paragraph will appear in the Conference Program and must be submitted by June 15, 2026. EXHIBIT PERSONNEL You will receive an email link to submit the names of up to four persons who will staff your exhibit (the exhibit staff). Each member of your exhibit staff will receive an exhibitor badge for admission to the Exhibit Hall. Note: You will reiceve a separate link to submit the names of the free registration(s) that comes with your exhibit.

I agree to be bound by and perform the duties of an exhibitor as set forth and defined therein. The undersigned represents and warrants that he/she has the authority and power to execute this Exhibit Booth Application and Agreement on behalf of, and in the name of, the Exhibitor identified herein. The AACC National Conference reserves the right to refuse any Exhibit Application and Agreement for any reason. This Agreement, when signed by the Exhibitor and the AACC Conference, is a legal and bind ing contract.

All exhibitors are required to deliver a certificate of insurance, with standard minimum general liability coverage of $1,000,000 and naming the American Association of Christian Counselors, Inc., its officers, employees and agents as additional insured.
