pharmacological and non-pharmacological strategies such as behavioral interventions, mindfulness practices, and organi zational tools. Ethical considerations in ADHD management, including stigma, cultural factors, and balancing medication with non-medication strategies, will also be discussed. De signed for psychologists, licensed mental health professionals, medical personnel, and ministry leaders, this session equips attendees with practical, evidence-based tools to create per sonalized ADHD management plans, improving outcomes for individuals and families. Attendees will leave with enhanced clinical competencies to address ADHD in diverse populations and integrate effective interventions into their practice. Learning Objectives 1. Analyze the neurobiology of ADHD and evaluate its im pact on emotional regulation, executive function, and behav ior across the lifespan. 2. Compare and contrast pharmacological and non-pharma cological treatment options for ADHD, including medica tions, DBT, mindfulness, and behavioral interventions. 3. Identify and discuss ethical challenges in diagnosing and treating ADHD, including addressing stigma and tailoring in terventions for diverse populations. 4. Design and develop personalized ADHD management plans by applying the latest evidence-based practices and considering the unique needs of individuals and families.
