Learning Objectives 1. Describe foundational Positive Psychology frameworks, such as the Broaden-and-Build Theory and the concept of “flow,” to enhance client focus, engagement, and satisfaction. 2. Apply Positive Psychology interventions, such as savor ing, optimism exercises, and positive visualization, to foster a lasting sense of well-being and resource-building in clients. 3.
