This workshop will guide par ticipants in helping clients explore what it means to be made in the Image of God (Imago Dei), the sanctification process, and how these foundational truths shape their emotional, re lational, and spiritual growth. Building on biblical principles and emerging insights from Emotional and Relational Intel ligence (ERI), the presenter will unpack the core elements of emotional maturity: understanding emotions, their origins, and how to manage them in healthy, productive ways. The workshop will also incorporate new findings from Interper sonal Neurobiology, emphasizing the connection between emotional well-being, relationships, and spiritual maturity. Licensed mental health professionals, coaches, and minis try leaders will learn how to help clients develop their own unique sacred pathways and create a personalized “growth plan” or curriculum for Christlikeness, fostering transforma tion aligned with God’s design. Practical strategies, including spiritual disciplines and sacred rhythms, such as stillness, in timate prayer, and attentive listening, will be explored as tools to help participants teach their clients how to grow holistical ly and live more like Christ in their daily lives.
