American Association of Christian Counselors Biography Tim Clinton, Ed.D., LPC, LMFT, is president of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), the largest and most diverse Christian counseling association in the world. He also serves as Executive Director of the Global Center for Human Flourishing and Professor Emeritus at Liberty Uni versity. He is president of Light Counseling, a national clini cal counseling organization that provides Christ-centered behavioral health care for individuals, families, and Ameri can heroes. For seven years, Dr. Clinton extended his min istry as co-host of Dr. James Dobson’s Family Talk, heard on more than 1,400 radio outlets daily, and now hosts a week end television program, “Sunday the Road Forward”, seen on Real America’s Voice News streaming service and numer ous platforms. Licensed as a professional counselor and as a marriage and family therapist, Dr. Clinton is recognized as a world leader on mental health and relationship issues and spends much of his time working with Christian leaders and professional athletes. Together, Dr. Clinton and his son Zach host a new radio broadcast and podcast entitled “Life, Love, Faith, & Family” focusing on mental health and relation ships. Dr. Clinton has authored or edited over 30 books. He is a well-known marriage counselor and di rector of marriage seminars. Chapman has been directly involved in real-life family coun seling since the beginning of his ministry years, and his na tionally-syndicated radio programs air nationally on Moody Radio Network and over 400 affiliate stations.

He’s a graduate of the Pistis School of Ministry in Detroit, Michigan. Pastor Tim is a gifted communicator and teacher who has the ability to communicate to people from all walks of life. His sense of humor, combined with his in depth Bible teaching, gives the listener and reader the tools to transform their lives from the inside out. He takes plea sure in the small things, is an avid sports fan, and a popular thought leader. Pastor Tim lives in Jacksonville, FL with his wife Jen and son Maxwell. The Timberlake’s feel most alive when they are pouring back into others, and they seek to glo rify God through their lives and family.
